Triwill builds long-term partnerships with clients and prioritizes responsive support in supply, technical assistance, inquiries, and service.Role Description This is a full-time remote Operations role focused on supporting Triwill Group’s global printing and packaging supply chain and service delivery. The role includes coordinating day-to-day operational activities such as order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of products to international customers. The individual will help optimize workflows, maintain accurate operational documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality. Responsibilities also include collaborating with sales, technical, and customer service teams to resolve issues, manage client requests, and align operations with business goals. The role may involve monitoring key performance indicators, preparing operational reports, and supporting project-based initiatives related to expansion, cost optimization, and process enhancement.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with global clients and partners.Candidates should possess Operations Management and Project Management skills to coordinate workflows, improve processes, and support implementation of operational initiatives.Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support order fulfillment, understand customer requirements, and align operations with commercial priorities.Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations, preferably in printing, packaging, or chemicals, is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting are important.Proficiency with spreadsheets, ERP or inventory systems, and basic data analysis tools is an advantage.A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
