The successful candidate will oversee production, inventory, compliance, and administrative activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily food processing and packaging operations.Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.Manage inventory, raw material procurement, and product distribution.Support sales and marketing efforts by building relationships with retailers and distributors and monitoring market trends.Liaise with NAFDAC, SON, and other regulatory authorities to maintain required approvals and certifications.Prepare production, sales, and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.Lead staff effectively and promote a culture of integrity, teamwork, and accountability.QualificationsMinimum OND in Business Administration, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in food processing, agribusiness, or operations management.Knowledge of NAFDAC, SON, and food industry regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.High level of integrity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Supportive work environment with professional development opportunities.Applicants must reside in Akure or its environs.
