OPERATIONS COORDINATOREhubAmerica | Full-time | Doral, FL (On-site)What you'll actually do:Order fulfillment across eBay, Shopify, and direct B2B channels. Process orders, manage inventory in Zoho, coordinate with warehouse on SKU accuracy and shipments. Some supplier sourcing and pricing quotes. Update and maintain systems. Resolve order issues, stock problems, and delivery delays. Communicate with internal team and customers. Document processes as you go.You're the person who keeps operations moving while the founder focuses on sales and strategy. This role is execution-focused — you're not managing people or designing workflows yet, but you're the backbone of daily operations.Who we need:Bilingual English/Spanish (fluent in both, verified live in interview)Full-time, on-site in Doral, FLReliable and organized — you show up, you deliver, you follow throughComfortable learning tools: Zoho, eBay, Shopify, Google Workspace, basic automationProblem-solver mentality — if something breaks, you identify it, escalate it clearly, and don't wait to be toldHonest about what you can/can't doComp: $1,000/week ($25/hr), full-time, with direct feedback and room to grow into an operations management role over time.
