Location: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaExperience: 3+ Years in Freight ForwardingJoining: Immediate Joiner PreferredJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator with a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics.

The candidate will coordinate shipments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Air, Sea, and Land Freight shipments.Handle shipment bookings, tracking, and delivery follow-up.Prepare and check shipping and logistics documents.Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents.Follow up on customs clearance and delivery status.Update customers regularly regarding shipment progress.Resolve operational issues and delays promptly.Maintain proper shipment records and prepare reports.Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth shipment handling.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.Good knowledge of Air, Sea & Land Freight operations.Experience in shipping documentation and shipment coordination.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.📩 Send your CV to: hr1@dslgroup.ae
