Operations Coordinator

Location: IDMC Duy Tan Building, Hanoi, VietnamAbout Us: Velosi is a global distributor for the automotive industry, specialising in electrical and electronic components.

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven team members who can contribute to our growing organisation.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain documents related to purchasing, sales, and logistics.Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, quotations, and delivery notes.Track orders from placement through delivery to ensure timely fulfilment.Coordinate with warehouses, logistics teams, and suppliers on delivery schedules and requirements.Keep order and shipment information up to date and communicate status to customers and partners.Handle inquiries related to orders, documentation, and delivery.Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on customer requests and resolve issues.Update operational data and order information in internal systems.Prepare periodic reports on order progress, inventory, and other metrics.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in planning, production, or supply chainAdvanced Excel skillsGood command of EnglishExperience working with international suppliersAbility to work from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour break)Working remotely with an EU team.
