Operations Coordinator

Position SummaryThe New Business Coordinator (Operations Coordinator) is responsible for supporting advisors and clients through the onboarding and processing of new business. This role ensures applications, account openings, transfers, transactions, and client documentation are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Base Salary: $50,000 annuallyResponsibilities

• Process new business applications and related paperwork.
• Facilitate new client onboarding and account setup.
• Open, transfer, and close accounts as needed.
• Process money movements and client transactions.
• Follow up with clients, custodians, and carriers regarding pending business.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and company systems.
• Prepare advisor meeting folders and process paperwork following appointments.
• Generate reports and provide operational support to advisors.
• Respond to client and advisor requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Qualifications
• Previous experience in financial services, operations, client service, or administration is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and financial platforms preferred.
