We design private, high-end trips across Peru for travelers who expect everything to run perfectly, and we're growing fast.The roleYou'll be the person who makes our trips happen on the ground in Cusco: organizing and running tours, building and managing our network of guides, drivers and suppliers, and keeping every detail of every trip organized. You'll be the face of the company for our guests and partners in Cusco.What you'll doPlan, coordinate and run tours and private trips, from arrival to departureBuild and manage a reliable network of guides, transportation providers, hotels, restaurants and experiencesBuild and maintain our supplier master file ("la biblia"): contacts, rates, contracts and availabilityHandle reservations, confirmations, Inca Trail permits, train and entrance ticketsPrepare trip operations: itineraries, vouchers, guide and driver assignmentsBe on call while guests are traveling and solve problems fast and calmlyKeep our files, spreadsheets and systems organized and up to dateWhat we're looking forFluent English.
