Apply & track with Apply EdgeWhat you’ll doCoordinate daily operations across teams, making sure schedules, orders, projects, and deliverables stay on trackOwn and improve core processes: onboarding, scheduling, procurement, inventory, order fulfillment, and customer follow-throughBe the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service partners, from quotes and purchase orders to contracts and renewalsTrack budgets, expenses, invoices, and operational metrics, and flag issues earlyBuild and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar toolsManage tools and systems such as ERP, project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet), and ticketing systemsOrganize meetings, events, travel, and logistics so leaders can focus on decisionsDocument procedures and build checklists, templates, and playbooks the whole team can useSpot bottlenecks and propose practical fixes using Lean or continuous improvement thinkingSupport compliance, health and safety, and quality requirements, and prepare for auditsCoordinate across sales, finance, HR, logistics, and customer service so nothing falls between teamsStep in wherever the business needs you during busy periodsFind your levelLevel Typical experience What you’ll ownOperations Coordinator I - 0-2 years : Scheduling, data entry, order and vendor follow-up, documentation, learning our operations with a dedicated mentorOperations Coordinator II - 2-4 years : Owning processes end to end, managing vendor relationships, reporting, leading small improvement projects, training new coordinatorsSenior Operations Coordinator - 4+ years : Leading cross-team initiatives, managing budgets and key vendors, driving process improvements, supporting leadership and mentoring the teamPromotion criteria are written down at every level, with regular career conversations. Many of our senior coordinators have moved into operations management, project management, supply chain, or business analysis.What you bringMust haveStrong organization and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping detailsClear written and verbal communication, and a calm, friendly way of working with all kinds of peopleComfort with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or SheetsProblem-solving mindset: you see the issue, find the fix, and follow throughDiploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. We value reliability and initiative over pedigree.Customer service, retail, hospitality, administrative, military, and volunteer experience all countLegal authorization to work in Canada (citizens, permanent residents, and valid work permit holders)Nice to have (not required)Experience with ERP, inventory, or project management tools (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Asana, Smartsheet)Basic data analysis or reporting skills (pivot tables, Power BI, SQL)Knowledge of procurement, logistics, or vendor managementCertifications or training: Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, PMP/CAPM, or supply chain courseworkExperience in [manufacturing, retail, healthcare, logistics, tech, hospitality, construction, etc.]Fluency in French, an asset for roles serving Quebec or bilingual customers [if applicable]
