The Operations Coordinator is an integral part of the Investigation team and will work with the Director, case staff, and offshore vendors to ensure smooth execution of Investigation requests. You will be responsible for independently conducting research and reporting findings to Morgan & Morgan stakeholders. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to:Quality assurance of the Investigation request processProactive and effective communication with the Director, case staff, and offshore vendorsInvestigation managementTake initiative in tracking and anticipating market developmentsPropose departmental process updates to remain ahead of market needsQualifications1-2 years of experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar insurance experience preferredExposure to Auto Liability and Premises Law preferredDiplomacy, pragmatism, and assertivenessImpeccable organizational skills and attention to detailExceptional interpersonal, team environment, and people-oriented skillsFlexibility and adaptability to rapid changeAbility to multitask in a fast-paced organization BenefitsMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
