Operations Coordinator – Luxury Fashion

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time | On-SiteIndustry: Luxury Fashion & RetailRole DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated, organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will support the daily operations of international luxury fashion brands across the GCC and MENA region, working closely with brand headquarters in Italy, retail partners and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day operations and coordination for luxury fashion brands across the region.Support communication between brand headquarters in Italy, retail partners and internal departments.Assist with seasonal buying campaigns, including sample coordination, appointment scheduling, order preparation and data entry.Prepare and share sales materials, including lookbooks, line sheets and price lists.Support buying appointments and collection presentations with retail partners.Follow up on orders, stock replenishment, shipments and deliveries.Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on orders and product availability.Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.Maintain accurate records, update Excel sheets and prepare basic operational reports.Assist with store openings, brand activities and other operational tasks as required.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management or a related field is preferred.Interest in luxury fashion, retail and brand operations.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Ability to multitask, follow up on tasks and meet deadlines.Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.Italian language skills are a plus.
