Operations Coordinator

ZoeK is a Greek fashion brand known for its handcrafted jackets and statement pieces, proudly designed and produced in Greece. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Operations Coordinator to join our team at our showroom in Kifisia. This is a dynamic role for someone who is passionate about fashion, thrives on organization, and enjoys being involved in different aspects of a growing creative business.What You'll DoBack Office Operations: Handle daily administrative tasks, invoicing, order processing, inventory management, and record keeping.Production Coordination: Monitor production schedules, supplier orders, samples, and deadlines, ensuring smooth communication with our workshops and partners.Showroom Support: Welcome and assist clients visiting our Kifisia showroom.Events & Special Projects: Support pop-ups, brand events, and other projects as needed.What We're Looking ForPrevious professional experience in the fashion industry is required.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.Strong Excel skills; Shopify experience is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.Fluent Greek and good command of English.A team player with a flexible, hands-on mindset.Why Join ZoeK?Become part of a creative, growing Greek fashion brand, working closely with the founder and gaining hands-on experience across production, operations, and the day-to-day business.We value people who take ownership, bring positive energy, and enjoy making things happen.
