Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations. This role plays a key part in preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, process, and track purchase orders in accordance with company proceduresCoordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and documentationFollow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or issuesAct as a liaison between departments (operations, finance, sales, and logistics) to ensure alignment and smooth workflowMaintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, invoices, and supplier communicationsSupport inventory tracking and operational planning as neededAssist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost controlHandle general operational and administrative tasks as requiredQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)Previous experience in operations coordination, purchasing, or administrative supportStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP, or purchasing systems experience is a mustAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsAttention to detail and problem-solving mindset
