Our team is dedicated to transforming neurodiagnostic care through innovation, technology, and patient-centered solutions.Role Description The Operations Coordinator | Patient Champion is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This role supports day-to-day operational workflows for in-home EEG services, including coordinating patient scheduling, confirming appointments, and managing provider and field tech communication. The Operations Coordinator will handle administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and tracking of referrals, authorizations, and service orders. This role serves as a primary point of contact for patients and families, answering questions, providing status updates, and ensuring a compassionate and professional experience throughout the care journey. If you're looking for a career where your work makes a difference, your contributions are valued, and your growth is supported, we'd love to meet you.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of healthcare scheduling, patient coordination, medical office, or operations experienceExperience working with multiple calendars or scheduling systemsFamiliarity with healthcare operations, home health, diagnostics, or patient access workflowsExperience using CRM, EMR, or scheduling softwareStrong Operations Management skills, including workflow coordination, scheduling, and process tracking.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients, caregivers, clinical staff, and internal teams.Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on empathy, patience, and patient advocacy.Solid Administrative Assistance capabilities, including documentation, data entry, and record management.Analytical Skills to review information, identify issues, and support data-driven operational decisions.Previous experience in healthcare operations, neurodiagnostics, or patient-facing clinical environments is preferred.Proficiency with common office and healthcare software; comfort learning new digital tools and platforms.Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting. Open to Hybrid work after initial training and provisional in-office period.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business-related field is a plus.
