Operations Coordinator - Womenswear brand

Our client, an elevated womenswear brand, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to manage wholesale and ecommerce order fulfillment, inventory, invoicing, and logistics operations across the U.S. You will work closely with the sales team, 3PL partners, retailers, and factories to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, inventory is properly managed, and supply-chain processes run efficiently.Key areas of responsibility include:Wholesale & ecommerce order fulfillmentInventory management and forecasting3PL and logistics coordinationInvoicing, AR, and returnsERP management and reportingRetailer and customer supportProcess improvement and supply-chain optimization

Qualifications
