Operations Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, practical person who wants to take responsibility, improve how a business works and develop into a senior leadership role.This is a broad role with scope to evolve around your contribution and the needs of the business. You will work closely with senior management, take ownership of improvement projects and build an understanding of our people, systems and operations.Your initial focus will be on developing the processes and operation of our billing and credit team. From there, you will become involved across the business, identifying opportunities, solving problems and turning ideas into improvements that last.What you will bringAround three to five years’ relevant business experience, with evidence of taking ownership and delivering improvements.A structured approach to problem-solving and the confidence to question how things are done.The ability to earn trust, work across teams and bring people with you.Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to get involved in the detail.The ambition to grow into broader management and leadership responsibilities.Your experience could come from operations, business systems, project delivery, customer service, process improvement or another relevant area. We are open to different educational backgrounds.
