Operations Director – ELV & ICT Solutions 📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🏢 CESCOCESCO - Saudi is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Director to lead and oversee all ELV and ICT operations across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project delivery excellence, operational performance, profitability, and client satisfaction while leading high-performing teams across multiple projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).PMP Certification preferred.Cisco or other relevant technical certifications are an advantage.10-15 years of experience in ELV and ICT project execution and operations.Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level position.Strong GCC experience is required, with Saudi Arabia experience highly preferred.Professional fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of ELV and ICT projects from initiation through final handover.Drive operational excellence, resource planning, and project performance across multiple projects.Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering, project, and operations teams.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.Monitor project budgets, profitability, risk management, and contractual obligations.Provide strategic reports, operational updates, and performance metrics to senior management.Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure successful project delivery.Ensure full compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and company standards across all operations.Support business growth initiatives and contribute to the company's strategic objectives within the Saudi market.ICT SolutionsEnterprise Networking (Cisco)Data Center InfrastructureStructured Cabling SystemsUnified CommunicationsNetwork Security SolutionsELV SystemsCCTV & Video SurveillanceAccess Control SystemsBuilding Management Systems (BMS)Public Address SystemsSmart Building TechnologiesIntegrated Security Solutions
