Our client, an important multinational provider of catering services and facility management solutions, is currently looking for an:Operations Director - Gulf RegionMain Activities & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multi-country operations across the regionEnsure operational excellence, service quality, and HSE complianceDeliver financial targets through effective P&L and contract managementDevelop and maintain key client and stakeholder relationshipsLead operational mobilizations, transitions, and transformation initiativesDrive business growth, profitability, and continuous improvementBuild and develop high-performing multicultural teamsExecute regional strategies and ensure alignment across operational locations

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in international operations management. At least 5 years in a senior regional or multi-country leadership roleProven track record managing large-scale operations, service contracts, and multicultural teams across multiple geographiesExperience within international, multi-country service organizationsBackground in Offshore, Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, Industrial Services, or related sectorsExposure to Middle East/GCC marketsExpertise in P&L management, budgeting, and operational performance as well as knowledge of contract management and commercial risk controlExperience with mobilization, transition, and operational transformation projectsSound knowledge of HSE standards and best practicesEnglish fluent Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Compensation package: approximately 480.000 AED The overall compensation package will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications.
