Government Network & PRO Management Expertise·        Proven, active network across key Omani ministries·        Experience engaging with senior officials focusing on MOL, MOCIIP, ROP·        Strong PRO/government liaison background·        Ability to resolve complex government matters efficiently and compliantly2. International Standards & Multinational Client Experience·        Experience working with international companies·        Demonstrated ability to deliver to international service expectations·        Strong English and Arabic communication3. Leadership & Operational Capability and Accountability·        Minimum 10 years in operations management, PRO, or government liaison roles·        Experience managing teams of minimum and multiple client portfolios·        Strong understanding of Omani labour law and regulatory frameworks·        Ability to lead from the front, mentor PROs, and build capability4. Senior Stakeholder Management·        Confident representing clients and the company in high‑level meetings·        Strong relationship‑builder with commercial awareness·        Able to operate effectively in high‑pressure, ambiguous environmentsKey Responsibilities (Summary)·        Lead an operations team of a minimum of 6 staff·        Manage multinational client portfolios with high responsiveness·        Represent Bondoni and clients in senior government engagements·        Resolve complex regulatory, HR, contractual, and operational issues·        Oversee all PRO, visa, labour, licensing, and compliance processes·        Act as authorised signatory for multiple client entities
