Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor critical data centre MEP systems to ensure 24/7 availability and reliability.Manage operation and maintenance of UPS, generators, MV/LV systems, switchgear, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, pumps and HVAC systems.Conduct preventive/corrective maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.Monitor BMS/EPMS/DCIM and respond to alarms and incidents.Implement SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, PTW and LOTO procedures.Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal teams for maintenance and breakdowns.Support emergency response, incident management and RCA.Ensure compliance with HSE and data centre operational standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.5+ years of experience in data centres, critical facilities or mission-critical environments.Strong hands-on experience with critical MEP systems.Data centre experience preferred.Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
