The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical engineering knowledge, practical troubleshooting abilities, and an understanding of industrial steam systems and pressure equipment.🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boiler operations and ensure reliable steam generation for industrial facilities.
• Monitor boiler performance, operating pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel consumption.
• Inspect and evaluate boiler equipment, burners, pumps, valves, piping, and associated steam systems.
• Develop operational procedures and maintenance schedules to improve boiler efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, repairs, and system testing activities.
• Monitor steam distribution networks and identify pressure losses, leaks, and operational inefficiencies.
• Conduct performance assessments and recommend improvements to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
• Ensure boiler operations comply with applicable pressure equipment regulations and industrial safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, mechanical engineers, plant operators, and external service providers.
• Investigate equipment failures, boiler malfunctions, and abnormal operating conditions.
• Maintain accurate operational records, inspection reports, maintenance logs, and performance documentation.
• Prepare technical reports and recommend system upgrades, equipment replacements, and process improvements.✅ Requirements
• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of industrial boilers, steam generation, steam distribution, and thermal systems.
• Familiarity with boiler components, burners, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, and control systems.
• Knowledge of boiler water treatment, combustion processes, and operational efficiency principles.
• Understanding of pressure equipment safety requirements, inspection procedures, and maintenance standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, equipment specifications, and technical operating manuals.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems, instrumentation, and monitoring applications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with technical and operational teams.
