This role serves as a key link between front-office sales/trading teams and back-office settlement, compliance, and client support.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle operational client queries via phone, email, and live chat.Process client requests for account changes, transfers, and profile adjustments.Perform KYC/AML checks and support account verification and activation.Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and performance logs.Maintain CRM records and assist in updating client information.Escalate unresolved issues and operational risks to management.Requirements1-2 years in Forex/CFD brokerage operations or related financial services.Knowledge of CRM/back-office platforms.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-department teams and external partners.Language Required: English, Mandarin (Mandatory)
