We currently distribute through all major supermarket chains in Greece and are expanding internationally across Cyprus, Malta, Poland, Singapore, and beyond. Proudly B Corporation certified, we are committed to high standards of social and environmental performance, using business as a force for good.The Role We are looking for a smart, analytical and hands-on Operations Executive to help run the operational and financial engine of our business.This is not a traditional Operations role. You will work across production, purchasing, logistics and accounting, but you don’t necessarily need previous experience in these functions.You will work directly with our Founder & CEO, with significant ownership, autonomy and impact from day one.What You Will DoHelp coordinate production with our co-manufacturing partners and visit production sites when needed. Support operational and cross-functional projects from start to finish, including Vegan certification, B Corp re-certification, Nutri-Score and other operational initiatives. Work with suppliers on pricing, payment terms and MOQs. Help plan purchasing and keep inventory at healthy levels. Calculate and track COGS across products and operations. Support day-to-day financial operations, including expenses, invoices, receivables and payments. What Makes You Successful 3-6 years of relevant experience, ideally in food, beverage or FMCG.Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills, with a high level of comfort working with Excel and data. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities. Curious and quick to learn — you pick things up quickly and enjoy solving problems. Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with excellent English communication skills.
