This role demands a keen analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Responsibilities

1.Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance. Develop performance measurement frameworks and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives. Generate regular reports and presentations outlining performance trends, successes, and areas needing improvement.2.Operations Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Assess existing workflows and recommend improvements to optimize resource utilization and increase productivity.3.Data-driven Decision Making:Apply data-driven approaches to assist in strategic decision-making, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis. Continuously monitor and evaluate operational performance against benchmarks, suggesting corrective actions as needed.4.Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather data, understand operational challenges, and implement solutions. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating discussions and driving consensus on operational improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in operations, performance analysis, or any similar analytics roles.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
