About the RoleYellowmatics.ai is looking for responsible and detail-oriented Program Managers to manage end-to-end training program delivery and serve as the primary point of contact for partner colleges.Key ResponsibilitiesManage training programs from planning to completion.Coordinate with partner colleges, placement officers, trainers, and internal teams.Plan training schedules, trainer allocation, and program logistics.Monitor training progress, attendance, feedback, and delivery quality.Ensure training activities are completed within the planned timelines.Handle college requirements and resolve program-related issues.Maintain program reports, documentation, and regular status updates.Ensure effective communication and smooth execution across all stakeholders.Eligibility CriteriaAny UG/PG graduate.Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.Good planning, time management, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to take ownership of multiple training programs.Freshers graduating in 2027 are eligible for the internship; graduates from 2026 and earlier are eligible for the full-time role.Compensation & Benefits2027 Pass-outs: Internship with a stipend of ₹7,000 per month.2026 & Earlier Graduates: Full-time position with ₹1.8–2.0 LPA CTC.1–2 months of paid training.Free accommodation.Travel and expenses covered.Family-first flexible timings.No Loss of Pay policy.Monthly fun activities and a 3-day vacation.
