Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.Monitor processes and ensure timely execution.Maintain operational records and reports.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflows.Identify process gaps and support improvements.QualificationsStrong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in coordinating daily workflows and process execution.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, traders, and partners.Ability to work with structured systems, CRMs, and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Attention to detail, discipline, and a structured approach to work, especially in compliance-focused environments.Interest in or exposure to crypto markets, financial operations, or trading desks is an advantage.Capacity to work on-site in Nashik with flexibility to support extended or dynamic hours when business needs require.
