Operations Executive – Event Management

Operating across multiple disciplines under one roof, NUDGE Asia is driven by ideas that move culture.Nudge Asia is looking for an Operations Executive to join our growing Events & Experiential team.We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, and passionate about event production, execution, and on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end event operations and execution* Manage production, fabrication, installation, and dismantling activities* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, fabricators, and production partners* Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, production plans, and execution timelines* Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery* Manage manpower, transportation, logistics, and material movement* Conduct site visits and supervise on-ground execution* Ensure execution is aligned with approved designs, quality standards, budgets, and timelines* Handle on-site operational challenges and ensure timely resolution* Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless event executionWhat We’re Looking For:* 2–5 years of experience in Event Management, Experiential Marketing, BTL, Production, or related industries* Strong understanding of event production and on-ground execution* Good vendor management and negotiation skills* Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment* Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
