Job PurposeThe Operations In-Charge – Cabins is responsible for managing end-to-end operations of portable cabins across project sites. This includes planning, installation, maintenance, operational readiness during project lifecycle, and safe return and storage post-project. The role ensures optimal utilization of assets, timely execution, and quality service delivery while managing supervisors, technicians, and site teams.Core ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee deployment of portable cabins to project sites based on operational requirementsSupervise installation, commissioning, and dismantling of cabins at siteEnsure cabins are fully functional, safe, and compliant throughout the operational periodManage preventive and corrective maintenance of cabins during project lifecycleCoordinate with logistics, yard, and site teams to ensure timely mobilization and demobilizationMonitor project timelines, resource utilization, and operational efficiencyEnsure proper allocation and supervision of blue-collar workforce (technicians, helpers, drivers)Track asset movement, condition, and availability across sites and yardOversee return of cabins to yard post-project, ensuring proper inspection, repair, and readiness for future deploymentMaintain yard discipline, safe storage, and asset preservation during off-seasonCoordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, logistics, maintenance) for smooth operationsAddress client/site issues and ensure service quality and timely resolutionIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements for cost optimization and better asset utilizationSelf-Management ResponsibilitiesSet operational goals in alignment with management and ensure deliveryIdentify training needs for self and teamMaintain high standards of safety, discipline, and operational controlBackground & Experience (years)Minimum 5-7 years experience in site operations / rental / construction / facilities Experience handling portable cabins / modular units preferred Strong experience managing blue-collar workforce UAE experience preferred Experience in writing business plans and company strategies.Competencies and SkillsStrong operational and coordination skillsWorkforce supervision and team managementPlanning and execution disciplineProblem-solving and decision-makingBasic technical understanding of cabins / site utilities
