About Events ArenaEvents Arena is a Barcelona-based B2B travel agency specialising in premium sports and cultural event packages across Europe. As an official distributor for major sports properties — football, F1, MotoGP, rugby, tennis, basketball — we work exclusively with professional clients through long-term partnerships.The roleWe are looking for an intern to work across our bookings and logistics teams. You will sit at the point where reservations become real trips: helping the team with bookings management, preparing the documents clients travel with, and keeping our operational data clean and usable.This is a genuinely cross-functional position. You will report to both the Bookings and Logistics teams, and you will see how a package is built, sold and delivered from end to end. It suits someone who wants concrete operational experience in event travel rather than observation.What you will do?Bookings supportProcessing and following up on client reservationsLiaising with hotel and supplier partners on confirmations and amendmentsKeeping booking files accurate and up to date in our internal toolsLogistics supportPreparing client vouchers, travel documents and tickets under supervisionAssisting with rooming lists and supplier communicationSupporting the coordination of operational deadlines around each eventData & continuous improvementCollecting and structuring operational data across bookings and logisticsAssisting with recurring reporting and internal follow-upUsing AI tools (mainly Claude) in daily tasks and helping test new workflowsWhat are we looking for?Currently enrolled in a tourism, business, logistics or related programme, with a valid internship agreement (convenio de prácticas)Organised, precise and attentive to detail — accuracy matters in client documentsComfortable with spreadsheets and learning new internal tools quicklyProactive: you ask questions and flag problems earlyFluent in French and English.
