Operations Intern

McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations is looking for a Operation Intern to join our ever-growing team.Job Descriptions:Assist in creating Purchase Orders (PO) for sparepart purchases.Assist in preparing Delivery Orders (DO) for sparepart deliveries.Monitor and follow up on sparepart shipments to end customers.Assist in sourcing and identifying new sparepart products and suppliers.Maintain and update the sparepart operations performance dashboard.Qualifications:Fresh graduate with a D4/S1 degree in any major; Business, Mathematics, Management, Information Technology, or other relevant fields preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a beginner level is highly preferred.Solid understanding of basic to intermediate mathematical calculations and a strong interest in working with numbers.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in managing data and operational information.Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is highly preferred.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced operational environment.Placement: Cikini, Jakarta
