Operations Intern

About the roleWe’re looking for an Operations Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment. You’ll support order and contract processing, data management, compliance coordination, and sales forecasting, while working closely with the team to keep our day-to-day operations smooth, accurate, and efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesSupported contract and order processing, including generating delivery notes (DNs) and assisting in purchase order (PO) management.Assisted in data management, including organizing distributor forecast reports and ensuring CEC government platform compliance.Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and consolidating monthly sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.RequirementsStudents majoring in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or other related fields.Strong communication and Excel skills.Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
