Title: Property Management – Operations InternLocation: Onsite (Hybrid), IslamabadTimings: 9AM - 5PM ESTStipend: 30,000 – 35,000 PKROverview:The Property Management – Operations Intern will support administrative coordination and maintenance operations across managed properties. This internship combines service coordination, task tracking, vendor coordination, and property upkeep responsibilities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in real estate operations, property management processes, vendor management, and client relations while supporting the property management team with daily activities. Key Responsibilities:• Receive and log service requests from tenants and owners in Propertyware.• Assist with dispatching vendors or maintenance technicians and tracking work order progress.• Maintain clear and timely communication with tenants, property owners, and vendors.• Assist with maintaining accurate documentation, including photos, notes, invoices, and status updates.• Support the team in monitoring maintenance and repair activities for quality standards and budget compliance.• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and inspection scheduling.• Help verify vendor compliance, including COI, business licenses, and W-9s, before work is dispatched.• Assist with evaluating vendor performance and maintaining positive vendor relationships.• Participate in or assist with property inspections, including move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections.• Assist with preparing cost estimates and basic assessments for maintenance issues.• Support invoice review and processing in coordination with the accounting team.• Assist with workflow organization, scheduling priorities, and emergency maintenance coordination.• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the property management team. Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Company Proprietary • Comfortable communicating with tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal team members. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. • Willingness to learn property management software, processes, and industry practices. • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.
