Operations – Junior & Senior

We are looking for organised, detail-oriented and proactive professionals at Junior and Senior levels to join our Operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate B2B and B2C sales and supply requirements.Manage inward entries and inventory updates in Logic software.Coordinate the movement of goods from the warehouse to Manaca stores and partner stores.Monitor stock movement and ensure timely supply as per business requirements.Prepare and maintain timesheets and operational records.Prepare and share invoices and sales details with the Billing and Finance teams.Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Stores, Billing and Finance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of operational activities.RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.Good understanding of inventory, sales operations and supply processes.Working knowledge of ERP/software systems and Excel.Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.For Senior Professionals: Experience in managing sales operations, inventory, warehouse coordination and B2B/B2C supply processes will be an advantage.How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their resume at manish@manaca.in.Thank you!#OperationsJobs #Operations #SupplyChain #InventoryManagement #B2B #B2C #RetailOperations #WarehouseOperations #FashionIndustry #FashionJobs #Hiring #NowHiring
