We’re launching with a pilot fleet and building a scalable, data-driven platform focused on high utilisation, smart fleet operations, and real-world user behaviour.The RoleWe’re looking for someone to own everything that happens on the ground - from real-time execution to how the system is designed, structured, and scaled. This is a high-impact, founder-adjacent role at the core of the business. You’ll be responsible for making sure the system actually works: vehicles where they should be, operations running efficiently, and the city relationships set up properly.Beyond day-to-day execution, you’ll be actively involved in shaping how the business operates - working across operations, partnerships, and key external relationships as we grow.What You’ll DoOwn day-to-day operationsManage and coordinate fleet logistics in real time (movement, availability, turnaround)Oversee charging, maintenance, and vehicle readinessDefine how we operate physically (hubs, service points, vehicle flows)Work with local councils (parking, permissions, compliance)Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including:Councils and parking providersInfrastructure and parking partnersSuppliers and operational vendorsSupport fundraising and strategic discussions where relevantIdentify and solve operational and business bottlenecks quicklyHelp design and improve systems as we scaleWho We’re Looking For3+ years experience in operations / startups / consulting or similarStrong business mindset with deep understanding of how companies operate end-to-endComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous and unpredictable environmentsHands-on and execution-focusedStructured thinker and strong problem solverStrong communicator, confident interacting with external stakeholdersBonus if:Experience in mobility, logistics or other operations-heavy businessesExposure to working with external stakeholders (e.g. partners, regulators, investors)Strong analytical or problem-solving backgroundCompensationSalary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)Equity package is available for early hires, with significant upside as the company scalesThis role is for you if:You work well in fast-changing environments without losing structureYou’re excited about building something from scratchYou want to take ownership of one of the most critical parts of the businessYou are keen to gain exposure to all aspects of building a company, from operations and strategy to fundraising and stakeholder managementYou prefer fixing real problems over building slidesYou want to take ownership early and grow into a leadership role
