The role combines technical expertise in power system operations with commercial capabilities in cost estimation, tendering, and proposal development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee operation and maintenance strategies for private networks.Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize asset performance and reliability.Monitor network performance and implement improvement initiatives.Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.Prepare maintenance plans, asset management programs, and operational KPIs.Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for O&M contracts.Develop cost estimates, manpower plans, budgets, and pricing models for O&M projects.Review tender documents, technical specifications, and scope requirements.Support business development, bid preparation, and contract negotiations.Ensure compliance with safety standards, utility regulations, and contractual obligations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Strong knowledge of distribution and transmission systems, substations, and private networks.Experience in O&M contract pricing, cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering.Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Experience LevelMinimum 10 years of experience in power system operations and maintenance.Proven experience in utility, transmission, or distribution networks.Hands-on experience in preparing and pricing O&M contracts, tenders, and service agreements.Experience in asset management, maintenance optimization, and reliability improvement programs.Preferred Competencies Operations & Maintenance ManagementO&M Contract Pricing & Cost EstimationAsset ManagementPower System OperationsTendering & Proposal ManagementReliability EngineeringBudgeting & Financial AnalysisContract Management
