The company’s ethos of creativity, continuous improvement, and technological advancement keeps it at the forefront of design and innovation in the industry.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager – Aluminium & Glazing based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for aluminium and glazing works, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination with engineering, procurement, and installation teams. The role involves monitoring production and site activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and optimizing workflows to meet timelines and budget targets. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, resolve operational issues, and provide regular status reports to senior management. The position also includes responsibility for continuous improvement initiatives, team leadership, and implementation of best practices to support Euro Systems® commitment to high-quality and innovative solutions.The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in aluminium, glazing, façade, and architectural metal works, with proven leadership managing operations within a façade contracting environment across the GCC, and full ownership of operational delivery from order to handover.QualificationsStrong operations and project management skills within aluminium, glazing, or related façade and architectural systems, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.Technical knowledge of aluminium profiles, glazing systems, installation methods, quality standards, and relevant industry codes and safety regulations.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, with skills in team supervision, performance management, and coordination across engineering, production, and site installation.Client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including communication, negotiation, and the ability to build effective relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.Proficiency in using MS Office and project management tools; familiarity with CAD drawings or similar technical documentation is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are considered an asset.Demonstrated experience in operations or project leadership roles in the construction, façade, or building materials sector, preferably in the GCC region.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining high quality and safety standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Architectural) or related field preferred18+ years of experience in aluminum, façade, glazing, and architectural metal works, within the GCCProven leadership experience managing operations within a façade contracting environmentStrong technical knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, doors & windows, and glazing systemsDemonstrated ability to head operations end-to-end from production to project handoverStrong people management skills with experience leading large, cross-functional teamsMust hold a valid UAE/GCC driving licenseHow to ApplySend your CV to recruitment@eurosystems.com  with the subject line "Operations Manager – Aluminium & Glazing."
