We're Hiring: Operations Manager — Bodhi Mind Care , CoimbatoreBodhi Mind Care is a leading psychiatric and mental wellness centre in Coimbatore, built on a UK-model of care. We're looking for an experienced Outreach Manager Operations to lead financial sustainability, day-to-day operations, and outreach expansion as we scale our services.About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full accountability for the operational, financial, and growth health of the hospital. You'll be the engine room of the organisation — ensuring clinical services run smoothly, finances stay sound, and the Bodhi brand reaches more of the communities that need it.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Sustainability- Own hospital-wide budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control across all service lines- Monitor daily collections, billing accuracy, and revenue leakage; implement and enforce financial QA processes- Analyse underutilised services and recommend corrective action to improve margins- Prepare regular financial performance reports and briefings for the Managing Director and leadership- Manage vendor contracts and negotiate for cost efficiency (marketing, supplies, facilities, etc.)- Support annual budgeting and forecasting cyclesDay-to-Day Operations- Oversee daily hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments- Manage and support service leads/in-charges to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery- Implement and maintain operational systems (scheduling, reporting, HR banding/org structure, SOPs)- Ensure regulatory, quality, and safety compliance across the facility- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate risks proactively- Drive HR processes including staffing structure, performance tracking, and team developmentOutreach & Expansion- Develop and execute strategies to expand patient outreach across Coimbatore and surrounding regions- Build and manage partnerships with schools, community organisations, and referral networks- Oversee marketing and digital outreach vendors; track ROI on enquiry generation and conversion- Identify opportunities for new service lines or partnerships aligned with the hospital's mission- Represent Bodhi Mind Care at community and professional engagement eventsWhat We're Looking For- Proven experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or a similar operations leadership role- Strong financial acumen — budgeting, P&L management, and revenue analysis- Track record of managing multi-department teams and driving process improvement- Experience in business development, partnerships, or community outreach is a strong plus- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills- Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil NaduWhy Join Us- Be part of a growing, mission-driven mental health organisation built on international standards of care- Direct visibility and influence at the leadership table- Opportunity to shape the operational backbone of a hospital scaling its impact across the region📍 Location:Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu🕐 Type:Full-timeInterested candidates can apply by messaging us directly or sending your CV to hr@bodhimindcarehospital.comwww.bodhimindcarehospital.com---*#Hiring #OperationsManager #Healthcare #Coimbatore #MentalHealth #HospitalAdministration #JobOpening*
