Apply & track with Apply Edge🚨 WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER | CAFÉ / F&BWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 4 café branches in Dubai.If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy leading teams, solving operational challenges, and driving business performance, we would like to hear from you.☕ Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of all 4 café branches
- Managing and developing branch teams and supervisors
- Ensuring consistent service, coffee, food, and customer experience standards
- Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly sales and branch KPIs
- Controlling labour costs, stock, wastage, and operational expenses
- Ensuring proper inventory, receiving, transfers, and stock-count procedures
- Conducting regular branch inspections and operational audits
- Ensuring hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring effective resolution
- Monitoring staff attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline
- Coordinating maintenance and ensuring equipment is operational
- Ensuring proper use of POS and other operational systems
- Identifying operational problems and implementing corrective actions
- Working closely with management to improve sales, efficiency, and profitability
- Preparing regular operational reports and action plans🎯 What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B operations
- 2–3+ years in an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role
- Multi-branch management experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Strong understanding of café/F&B operations and cost control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with POS, inventory control, and operational reporting
- Strong knowledge of SOP implementation and service standards
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- UAE F&B experience is preferred
- Specialty coffee experience will be an advantage👤 The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, accountable, commercially minded, and comfortable working across multiple locations.This is not a desk-only position.
