📢 WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER Industry: Bakery & Pastry📍 Location: Ajman, UAE Valid UAE driving license is preferred.We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the smooth, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operations of a growing bakery and pastry business.The role will manage production, retail, online orders, catering, events, coffee-cart services, and B2B accounts, ensuring high standards of quality, customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage Daily OperationsOversee daily bakery operations, including production, order preparation, packing, retail, online orders, catering, events, and B2B requirements.Ensure all orders and customer commitments are completed accurately and on time.Coordinate between kitchen, retail, delivery, and other operational teams.2. Manage Staff & SchedulesPrepare staff schedules based on business and operational requirements.Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor attendance and performance.Ensure adequate staffing during peak periods.Address day-to-day operational and staffing issues.3. Manage Drivers & DeliveriesPlan and monitor drivers’ schedules and delivery routes.Prioritize orders and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Monitor delivery performance and resolve delivery-related issues.4. Maintain Quality & Food Safety StandardsMonitor product quality, freshness, presentation, portioning, and packaging.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.Maintain consistent operational and product standards across all activities.5. Manage Inventory, Costs & WastageMonitor inventory levels, purchasing, and supplier requirements.Coordinate production quantities based on orders and business demand.Control food costs, inventory, and wastage.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.Requirements & Skills:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Experience in a bakery, pastry business, café, restaurant, catering company, or similar F&B business is required.Strong knowledge of food production, inventory management, cost control, food safety, hygiene, and F&B operations.Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to handle multiple operational activities simultaneously.Excellent communication, problem-solving, coordination, and reporting skills.Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.UAE experience is preferred.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
