The ideal candidate will have a solid background in stock management and logistics, ensuring seamless operations within our supply chain. This role requires strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of UAE regulatory requirements. Candidates must be based in Dubai, UAE.Key Responsibilities:Stock ManagementOversee stock receiving, delivery, and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and movement.Manage stock packing, unpacking, and labeling processes to maintain efficient operations.Supervise the flow of sold invoices and control the dispatching process.Purchasing and Cost ControlHandle purchasing price costing and ensure price control between sales orders and invoices.Coordinate import/export operations, including purchase orders (PO) and sales orders (SO).Logistics and Fleet ManagementManage shipping, forwarding, and customs clearance, optimizing routes for fleet management.Plan and implement effective transportation strategies.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with UAE regulatory standards and manage regulatory registrations.Implement safety and security measures throughout the supply chain.Qualifications:Education:University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in stock management and/or logistics, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty products sector.Skills:Proficient in English and familiar with software tools relevant to inventory and logistics management.Strong understanding of UAE regulations pertaining to logistics and inventory control.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
