Whether you're currently managing a flagship store, overseeing multiple locations, or operating within a cluster or area management structure, this role offers the chance to gain broader operational exposure within a fast-growth business.The OpportunityAs Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and improving performance across a growing network of stores.Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive operational excellence, coach and develop store teams, and support the successful rollout of new locations as the business expands.This is a highly visible, field-based role requiring regular travel across the UK.
