Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, uphold high service standards, and support a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day café operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house workflows, and monitoring product quality and presentation. The Operations Manager will track inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting staff training, maintaining customer service excellence, analyzing sales and performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership on process improvements and experience-driven initiatives.Qualifications Experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations management, including supervision of daily service and staff coordination.Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and staff training, with the ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment.Competence in inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting or cost management.Ability to maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and visual presentation aligned with brand guidelines.Familiarity with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, and experience implementing operational policies and procedures.Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to daily operations.Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic office software; comfort working with sales reports or operational metrics.Prior experience in a specialty café or lifestyle brand environment is beneficial; fluency in English required, Arabic language skills are an advantage.
