Operations Manager

we are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager for Riyadh Branch to oversee and support the performance, growth, and strategic development of a diverse portfolio of startup ventures. The candidate must possess strong operational leadership and a deep understanding of early-stage company Start ups.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Project and operations management across the portfolio.Lead and optimize operational performance across all portfolio startups.Develop and implement operational systems and procedures.Manage projects to ensure objectives are met.Monitor KPIs and execute operational plans.Responsible for Business Development & Growth by Supporting founders in business development and sales to drive growth.Support investment execution and portfolio management, monitoring performance across the portfolio.Manage corporate and strategic relations, including public relations and communication with partners and investors.Drive value-creation initiatives that enhance performance and long-term value.Qualifications15+ years of senior leadership experience, including operations and/or investment roles within private equity, holding companies, or diversified groups.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance (Master’s preferred).Proven track record driving performance and value creation across multiple businesses.Strong command of deal execution, portfolio governance, and operational management.Exceptional strategic, financial, and stakeholder-management capabilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
