Operations Manager

Role DescriptionThe Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations across relevant business units, ensuring processes run efficiently and meet performance targets. Key tasks include monitoring workflows, optimizing resource allocation, implementing operational policies, and coordinating with department heads to resolve issues and improve service delivery. The role involves analyzing operational data, preparing reports for leadership, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will also lead and develop team members, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.QualificationsCandidates must have prior experience in both delivery operations and the car rental industry.Candidates should possess strong operations and process management skills, including workflow optimization, resource planning, and performance monitoring.Candidates should possess solid leadership and people management abilities, including team supervision, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis, reporting, and the ability to identify and implement improvements.Candidates should possess communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear written and verbal communication and relationship-building across departments.Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Relevant experience in operations management, preferably within diversified business groups or sectors such as trade, logistics, or services.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Proficiency with standard office and operations-related software tools; experience with ERP or business management systems is beneficial.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, inclusive workplace.
