About the RoleSunpride Fruit Bar is a new brand developed under Rejuve, with an ambition to build and scale a new business in the healthy food and beverage space.As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in escalating the business from its current state to the next stage of growth. You will drive commercial performance, strengthen operations, build a high-performing team, and establish a scalable foundation for future expansion.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales, profitability, and overall business growth across outletsIdentify business gaps and opportunities, and turn them into actionable growth initiativesLead and develop store teams to achieve strong operational and commercial performanceOptimize store operations, inventory, costs, and productivityMonitor key business metrics and translate data into business decisionsBuild scalable processes and operating standards to support future expansionCollaborate cross-functionally to execute business and growth initiativesTake ownership of challenges and continuously improve the businessQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field3–5 years of experience in multi-outlet F&B or retail, preferably in a managerial roleStrong commercial and business acumen, with a track record of driving growthStrong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and willingness to challenge the status quoComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and growth-oriented environmentWilling to travel across store locations as required
