Operations Manager

Company Description Global Supply Axis operates on a circular business model focused on extending the life cycle of consumer electronics. As the B2B arm of a global ReCommerce firm, the company powers trade-in programs for OEMs across more than six countries. It is the largest seller of branded refurbished phones in Africa and distributes used and refurbished smartphones, laptops, and other consumer electronics to buyers in over 12 countries. Team members contribute to a fast-growing, sustainability-driven organization that connects global supply and demand for high-quality refurbished devices.Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of refurbished devices and other consumer electronics. Responsibilities include supervising operations staff, managing inventory levels, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to meet order fulfillment targets. The role includes monitoring key performance indicators, implementing process improvements, enforcing quality and safety standards, and resolving operational issues in real time. The Operations Manager will also collaborate on capacity planning, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi.Qualifications Strong operations management experience, including warehouse or distribution center oversight and process optimization.Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and basic supply chain principles in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lead and develop teams, manage staffing schedules, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Comfort with using ERP or inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and dashboards to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and procurement.Prior experience in electronics, refurbished goods, or e-commerce operations is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.Ability to work on-site in Delhi and adapt to changing priorities and growth in a global, sustainability-focused business.
