The mission is to bring clarity and predictability to global sourcing, starting with coffee and cacao, while creating scalable solutions for complex supply chains.Role Description The Operations Manager role at BeanBoutiques is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including supervising production workflows, implementing process improvements, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain and product operations. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, managing inventory and logistics, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership to align operations with business goals, support technology implementation in supply chain processes, and maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders.Qualifications Strong operational management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.Experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably within food, beverage, or agricultural products.Ability to use data and analytical tools to track KPIs, identify issues, and support decision-making.Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.Comfort with technology-enabled systems and platforms used for operations and supply chain management.Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.Experience in coffee, cacao, or agricultural commodities is an advantage.
