Operations Manager

Radha's Homemade Sweets is an Authentic South Indian Sweets and Savouries Brand, handcrafted since 2020. We're scaling from a family-run kitchen into a premium, systems-driven business and we need someone who can run operations end-to-end so the Founders can focus on growth.THE ROLEWe're hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations including finances, inventory, sales coordination and branch oversight. This is not a support role; you'll be trusted to run the shop's operations independently and report directly to the Founder.WHAT YOU'LL OWNAccounts & Finance•    Full P&L Accountability - Revenue, Costs and Margins across all Branches.•    Review Performance against set Budgets and Monthly Financial Targets.•    Maintain Daily Accounts, Cash Flow and Reconciliations across all Branches.•    Track expenses, Vendor Payments and Margins per Product line.•    Prepare Weekly/Monthly Financial Summaries for the Founder.•    Coordinate with the CA/Auditor for GST, Filings and other Compliance.Inventory & Production Coordination•    Track Raw Material Stock, Wastage and Reorder Cycles.•    Coordinate with Production (kitchen) to align Inventory with Daily/Festive Demand.•    Prevent Stockouts and Overstocking through simple Tracking Systems.Sales & Branch Management•    Consolidate Daily Sales Data across Branches/Counters.•    Monitor Branch-Wise Performance and Flag Inconsistencies.•    Support Order Coordination for Bulk, Corporate and Festive Orders.Operations & Founder Support•    Build and enforce SOPs for Production, Inventory and Quality Control.•    Oversee Production Planning across Branches, especially for Festive/Peak Demand.•    Identify Inefficiencies and drive process Fixes without being asked.•    Manage Staff Coordination, Attendance and Basic HR Admin.•    Handle Vendor relationships and Procurement follow-ups.•    Act as the Founder's Right hand for Scheduling, Follow-ups and ad Hoc Business tasks.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR•    3 - 10 years of experience in Operations, Accounts or Store/Branch Management - Ideally in F&B, Sweets, Retail or Hospitality.•    Working knowledge of basic Accounting and Bookkeeping (Tally/Excel or equivalent).•    Prior experience managing inventory and Multi-Location/Branch Operations.•    Strong understanding of how a Sweet Shop or Food Business runs day-to-day - Production Timing, Perishability, Festive Demand Cycles and Quality Checks.•    Comfortable Managing people, Vendors and Numbers simultaneously.•    High Ownership Mindset - able to work Independently with Minimal Daily Supervision.LANGUAGES :•    Required: Tamil and English.•   Preferred: Hindi.NICE TO HAVE•    Experience with POS or Inventory Software.•    Exposure to Corporate Gifting or Bulk Order Coordination.•    Basic understanding of GST/compliance for Small Food Businesses.WHAT WE OFFER•    Direct Ownership of Business Operations which is not a back-office role.•    Fast growing, Founder-led Brand with room to grow into a Senior Operations Position.•    Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000/ month, Based on Experience.TO APPLYSend your Resume to admin@radhassweets.com or Message directly with a Short Note on your relevant experience.
