Operations Manager

We Are Hiring: Operations Manager with Luxury Retail ExperienceWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and strengthen the daily operations of our luxury retail businesses.This is a senior managerial role for someone who can lead teams, establish structure, improve performance, and ensure that every operational detail reflects the standards of a luxury brand.Key responsibilities• Lead and supervise retail, inventory, logistics, warehouse, and operational teams• Define responsibilities, set priorities, delegate tasks, and follow up on execution• Establish clear procedures, reporting systems, and performance standards• Monitor team productivity and conduct regular performance evaluations• Recruit, train, guide, and develop team members• Manage daily operations across multiple brands, locations, or departments• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand presentation• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, replenishment, transfers, returns, and stock counts• Coordinate purchasing, suppliers, imports, deliveries, installations, and warehouse activities• Monitor sales performance, budgets, operating expenses, and operational targets• Identify operational weaknesses and implement practical solutions• Coordinate product launches, seasonal collections, events, and promotional campaigns• Work closely with senior management, finance, sales, marketing, and creative teams• Prepare regular management reports covering sales, stock, costs, logistics, team performance, and operational challenges• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety requirementsCandidate profile• Proven management experience in luxury retail• Strong leadership, decision making, and problem solving skills• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple priorities• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, logistics, and customer service• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of luxury client expectations• Exceptional organization and attention to detail• Confident communication and reporting skills• Perfect command of both English and Arabic is essential• Available to start immediately• Willing and ready to relocate to RiyadhThe ideal candidate is structured, responsible, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of operations while maintaining the quality, precision, and service expected within luxury retail.Location: RiyadhStart date: Immediate
