This is a builder's role.A brand-new hospitality precinct is taking shape at Poppet Head Plaza in Charters Towers — a 200-seat premium steakhouse and a 150-seat all-day cafe with drive-thru, set within a destination precinct designed to serve a catchment of 10,000+ locals and highway travellers. The designs are done (researched in the US, built by one of Australia's leading food consultancies).The backing is in place.
