Team members work in a fast-paced industrial environment where efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement are key priorities.Role Description The Operations Manager role at Omaxe Designer Tile is a full-time, on-site position based in Surajpur Site C Industrial Area. The Operations Manager oversees daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and cost-efficiency. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, managing inventory and materials, coordinating with procurement and logistics, and supervising shop-floor teams. The role also involves implementing process improvements, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and preparing operational reports for senior leadership. The Operations Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly, optimize workflow, and support continuous growth of the business.Qualifications Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing or industrial environmentsStrong skills in production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization to meet output, quality, and cost objectives.Ability to manage inventory, materials, and supply chain processes, including coordination with procurement and logistics partners.Experience supervising and developing diverse teams, with a focus on performance management, training, and engagement.Competence in data-driven decision making, including use of spreadsheets, ERP or production management systems, and basic reporting tools.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production staff, leadership, suppliers, and customers.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
